The domain name, website and application are owned, registered and operated by School Patron, having its registered office at HIG-143, Phase V, KPHB, Kukatpally, Hyderabad, India.
These Terms of Use are between the Company and the Users who access or use the Website and/or the App.
Users of the Service
The User of the platform may be:
- An educator contributing User Content.
- A person accessing or consuming the educational content.
By using the School Patron website, app, products or services you signify your agreement to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the Service.
Service
These Terms apply to all users of the Service including educators, contributors and viewers of educational content.
The Service includes all aspects of the School Patron platform including products, software and services offered through the website and application.
The platform allows educators to create and publish educational videos, tutorials and learning material (“User Content”).
School Patron acts only as an intermediary platform and does not control or assume responsibility for any User Content uploaded by users.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites that are not owned or controlled by School Patron.
School Patron has no control over the content, policies or practices of such third-party websites and shall not be responsible for them.

School Patron Accounts
Some features of the Service require you to create an account. When creating an account you agree that the information provided is accurate and complete.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities under your account.

If you register for any course, you agree to pay the applicable fees within the timeline mentioned on the course page.
All payments are subject to applicable taxes and are non-refundable.

When you communicate with School Patron electronically, you consent to receive communications from us via email, SMS or notifications posted on the platform.
Termination of Account
School Patron may suspend or terminate your account if:
- You repeatedly infringe copyrights.
- You violate these Terms of Service.
- Your activities disrupt the Service.
- Your conduct is unlawful or inappropriate.
Upon termination your access to the Service will immediately cease.
Disclaimer
Your use of the Service is at your own risk. School Patron provides the Service on an “AS IS” basis without warranties of any kind.
School Patron shall not be responsible for any errors, interruptions, viruses, data loss or damages arising from the use of the Service.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India and any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
